Returns
If an item arrives damaged, you must email us within 24 hours of receiving the item. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage or, where this is not possible, you must return the item(s) to us, at your own cost. Once satisfied that your claim is genuine, we can either send a replacement item, or provide a full refund, including original postage cost.
By law customers have the right to cancel any item, for any reason, within 7 working days after receipt of the item(s). Customers must return the goods to us at their own costs in an unused and re-saleable condition. If you wish to return an item please contact us first so we can provide you with an RMA number. Until the package is received by us, at our premises, the customer is responsible for any loss or damage. Please ask for 'proof of postage' when returning items to us. This is required to protect your loss in the event that the items are not received by us, or arrive damaged. Once we have received the item(s), we will notify you and refund the original purchase price, including the original shipping cost, within 7 days. Any items received in a used or non saleable state will not be refunded, and you will be asked to pay for shipping if you want the item returned.
