Payment is due within 48 hours of an order being placed. Payment shall not be deemed to have taken place until receipt of the cleared funds by the company.

Existing PayPal customers can checkout swiftly via PayPal Express checkout - conveniently enabling you to checkout without the need to manually enter any personal or delivery information.

In addition to allowing existing PayPal customers to make payments, PayPal allows unregistered users to pay using a credit or debit card. There is no fee for this and it allows us to process your payment more efficiently.

Under normal circumstances, all orders will be despatched within 48 hours of confirmed payment (Mon-Fri), subject to stock availability. Actual delivery time depends on the courier service used. Tankscape cannot accept any responsibility for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. bad weather. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days, please contact us.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 days, from the day you take delivery, to return any unwanted goods. Customers must return the goods to us at their own cost and in an unused and saleable condition (e.g. the same condition that you received them in). We reserve the right to decline refunds on unwanted goods received in a non-saleable condition and charge return shipping , should you want the goods returned.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If the item is of low value, photographic evidence of the damage may be deemed sufficient evidence of the damage, and a replacement item will be dispatched. Otherwise, you must return the item(s) to us at your own cost, whereby if an inspection concludes that the item is damaged or faulty, you will be offered either a replacement or a full refund - including the cost of shipping the item to us.
To return any goods, either because you have changed your mind or because they are faulty, you must first gain an RMA number by completing a returns form or contacting us. Please ask for 'proof of postage' when returning goods to us - this is required to protect your loss in the event that the goods are not received by us, or arrive damaged.
Any goods we receive with a valid RMA number will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive a notification of the intended action - either a replacement or a refund. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Replacements will be dispatched within 72 hours (subject to stock). Goods received without a valid RMA number cannot be processed.
